Using pads and gloves this fantastic stress-busting workout involves pad work, skipping, body weight exercises and footwork. An effective form of cross training that incorporates boxing movements and aerobics.. Typically training focuses on upper body strength and conditioning whilst also helping to improve core strength.

Kettlebell training is different to other forms of weight training because you practically use almost all of your body in one workout, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training.
