Having a posture assessment can really benefit you because the body functions at its best when it's in correct posture. When the body is in correct postural alignment, it moves evenly and distributes weight appropriately. The muscles, joints and spine work together help you perform your best at any sport without pain. If something is out of alignment, injury can occur and you'll have to spend time recovering from the injury.

There are so many reasons why a Personal Trainer will help you achieving your fitness goals, rather than going it alone.
For example, if you don’t know which exercises are most effective for the goals you have, you are unlikely to achieve those goals. If your goal is to build core strength but you spend all your time on cardio exercises, then you are unlikely to hit your goal and your trainer can point you in the right direction whilst also keeping you safe from injury and tailoring your workout programtoyour indervidualneeds.

GROUP PT

Expert methods

Group PT is limited to a small number of places so you get the individual attention you need, to get the resuklts you want, at a fraction of the cost!

Monthly pass holders - 6 weeks bundle - £35

Non pass holders - 6 weeks bundle - £45

Pay as you go drop in:

Monthly pass holders - £8 per session

Non pass holders - £10 per session

NOTE: Pay as you go and drop ins are only available if spare places and a weekly place is not guaranteed.

  • Women who are pregnant and into the postnatal period often find they need a personalised approach to help them as their body goes through rapid changes.

  • Some people prefer a more personal approach to exercise to keep motivated.

  • Many people, especially those new to exercise, can feel a bit shy so a one2one is perfect to ease you in before taking part ingroupactivility.
